Yvonne R. Nickell, age 48 of Bowling Green, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 1, 2012 in her home. She was born October 14, 1963 to William Nickell and Patricia Mayo. She previously provided care to the elderly in their own home and enjoyed the camaraderie that she shared with them. Yvonne also worked for the Roe Family and on their farm in Bowling Green; she would help them any way that she could.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Patricia (Don) Mayo and William (Kathleen) Nickell; sister, Elaine (Danny) Crook and special friend, Larry Powell.
The family will receive guests Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home at 7:00 p.m.
Memorial Contributions may be made to PKD Foundation, 8330 Ward Parkway, Suite 510, Kansas City, MO 64114.
