Wolfgang Jaeger, 71, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2012. He was born on March 2, 1941 to the late Wilhelm Duerrstein and Inge Jaeger in Flensburg, Germany.
Wolfgang worked as a carpenter for 6 years at Stile King Stairs. He retired from GM Powertrain after 34 years of service. Wolfgang was a member of GBU. He built beautiful furniture and appreciated the art of woodworking.
In addition to his parents, Wolfgang was preceded in death by his brother, Wolfgang Duerrstein and sister, Veronika Schindler. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 43 years, Rita; son, Henry Jaeger; sisters, Monika (Winfried) Ludwig, Vera (Jon) Roeder, Connie (Frank) Widmeyer; brother, Peter (Silvia) Duerrstein, Axel Duerrstein; brother-in-law, Herman Schindler; niece, Susanne (Carlos) Piepenhagen Sanchez, of California and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Germany and the U.S.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held at a later date.
