William T. "Bill" Bell, age 70, of Temperance, MI passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born on December 26, 1940 to Walter and Lula (Wells) Bell in Dearborn, Michigan. Bill was employed with Carsten Products as a printer for many years before retiring. He coached 3B baseball and was involved with Boy Scouts. Bill loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and gardening. He was an awesome cook and loved nothing more than spending time with his family. Bill will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert and James Bell. Bill is survived by his loving children, Tom (Tammy) Bell, Nancy (Robert) Wirick, Jeff (Frances) Bell and Ron (Richard Starn) Bell; grandchildren, Thomas, David, Hailey, Cameron, Andrew, Alex and Christian; great-grandchildren, Eliot, Trenton and baby Trevor on the way; sister, Betty Jacobs; and many other relatives and dear friends.
The family will receive guests on Friday from 2 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
