William Ritenour

William E. "Bill"Ritenour, age 62, passed away Sunday, April 11th, 2010 surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 24th, 1947 to William A. and Jeanette A. (Turk) Ritenour in Toledo, Ohio. Bill was a roofing sub-contractor in the Toledo area for over 30 years. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh. Bill was always available to help others out when they may have needed it. He enjoyed spending time with his family, morel hunting with his friends, watching his grandson race at Oak Shade and camping.

Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Kathleen (Deye) Ritenour; children, William (Michelle) Ritenour, Teri (Don) McGranahan, Yvonne Ritenour and Erin Ritenour and (Ralph Burkes); 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; father and mother-in-law, Roland (Jean) Deye; numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Preceding him in death is his son, Lloyd Ritenour; 1 brother and 1 sister.

The family will receive guests Sunday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral services are Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
