William J. Glynn, age 76, of Toledo, Ohio passed away February 21, 2014 at his home, surrounded by loving family. He was born February 11, 1938 in Toledo to Thomas and Helen (Boyd) Glynn. Bill retired from the Dana Corporation after 30 years of employment. He was an avid golfer who received a 128 yard hole-in-one. Bill was also a lifetime member of the Spicer Sportsman Club.
He is survived by his children, William J. (Kim) Glynn Jr., Brenda K. Glynn and Julie Henderson; grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Paul (Nancy), Michael (Bev), Patrick (Mary Lou), Edwin (Kit), Frederick (Chris), Steven (Joe), Rita, Marlene (Joe), Katie (Brad) and Cheryl. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by siblings, Thomas, Betty and Judy.
There will be a Celebration of his Life, Sunday, March 2, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Last Chance Tavern, 457 Oak St., Toledo.
