Wayne E. Alexander

Wayne E. Alexander, age 70, of Toledo, OH passed away April 3, 2023 at St. Anne's Mercy Hospital. He was born February 25, 1953 in Port Clinton, OH to Joseph and Helen (Young) Alexander. Wayne served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle and loved spending time with his family and Dachschund dogs.

In addition to his parents, Wayne was also preceded in death by his former wife, Debra Lee Alexander; siblings, JoAnn, Frank, James, Thomas and Vincent. He is survived by his siblings, Alice Ruetz, Helen (Bob) Roberts, Lawrence Alexander and Wilma (Rodney) Johnson.

The family will receive guests Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio (419-381-1900).

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Wayne's memory.
