Walter George Dowiak, Jr.

Walter George Dowiak, Jr., age 71, of Toledo, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. He was born on August 13, 1947 to Walter George Dowiak, Sr., and Lucille M. Dowiak in Toledo. George was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School and worked for Craft Masters toy manufacturing for many years before their closing. He loved the crisp outdoors, hunting and anything to do with deer and eagles.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Walter "George" (Crystal) Dowiak, III; grandchildren, Marissa (Danny) Dowiak, Angelica, Quintavious and Elijah; great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Izzy. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Loraine Thomas.
Keeping to George's wishes, all services will be Private and he will be interred in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery in the family plot.
