Viola Rietz

Viola D. Rietz, age 86 of Sylvania, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2005 in Lake Park. She was born June 5th, 1918 to William and Ruby Buckle in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Viola was employed with Dana for several years. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Daughter of Jeptha, the Dendarah Ct. #10 Ladies Auxillary Shrine of N. America and also the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles Lodge #197.

In addition to her parents, Viola was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew C. Rietz and brother, Roland Buckle. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Patricia Andrews of Jacksonville, FL.; sons, Hubert Paul Cline of Brownville, TX. and Frederick (Sandra) Cline of Toledo; 4 step-children; 20 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 3-8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-437-0300). Dendarah and Eastern Star services will begin Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
