Vincente Silva, 82, of Toledo, passed away October 7, 2022, at Promedica Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania.
He was born to the late Juan and Manuela Silva, on September 1st, 1940, in Asherton, Texas. Vincente was predeceased by his eldest daughter, Emily Sue Estrada; brothers, Efrain Silva and Juan Silva; and daughter-in-law, Maria Silva.
Vincente was a graduate of Waite High School in Toledo, Ohio. He was a retiree from Ford Motor Company and spent his time after as a baseball and softball umpire. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading, crime shows and fast classic cars.
Vincente is survived by his sister, Myrta (Frank) Duran; and four children: Vincent Silva, of Toledo; Tina (Jim) Repka, of Toledo; David Silva, of Toledo and Andrew Silva of Toledo. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
