Victor Ray Beltran, age 25, passed away on November 2, 2014. He was born on February 22, 1989 to Lisa Ann White and Rafael Beltran in Toledo, Ohio.
Victor was a graduate from Upper Sandusky High School in 2007. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the Army National Guard as Military Police. Victor worked for PCI Roads as a member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, Local #61, Council 82 out of the Twin Cities. He really enjoyed traveling with his work from place to place. Victor's family and friends meant everything to him. He was an avid sports follower and especially enjoyed rooting for the Cowboys, Cavs and Indians. Victor's family and friends will miss his sense of humor, jokes and witty comebacks. They will especially miss his smile, conversation and his genuine heart of gold.
Victor was preceded in death by his mother; his grandmother, Melody Warner and grandfather, Juan Manuel Beltran. Left to cherish his memory is his father; siblings, Nicole, Brandon and Brittany; nieces and nephew, Marianna, Efrem and Alaeya; his grandmother, Angelina Beltran; grandfather, James Warner and many other loving family members and friends.
The family will receive guests on Friday, November 7, 2014 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
