Veronica Sue Tibble, age 70, of Metamora, passed away and went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2022. She was born March 5, 1952 in Toledo to Francis and Ruth LaVern (Burns) Gorney.
She was a wonderful homemaker, taking care of her husband and children and worked at Jeep for 25 plus years. Roni was a fabulous cook and thrived on providing an abundance of food for every family gathering. An animal lover, she bred dogs, raced horses and over the years cared for a variety of other farm animals and pets. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother; her family was always her top priority. Roni's strength, drive, and love for family will always be remembered and cherished.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death and greeted in Heaven by her beloved son, Richard William Tibble, her two sisters, Sue Pickens and Elizabeth Alexander, and her two brothers Frank Gorney and Michael Gorney.
Those left to forever cherish her memory are her husband Ronald Tibble; her loving children, Ron (Jodi) Gorney, Cary Wolfe, Tina Saunders, Samantha Stelnicki, Hunter Tibble, Madalyn-Rose Tibble, and Colton Tibble; her step-children Ronald (Erica) Tibble and Carrie (Damien) Cantona; grandchildren, Ron Gorney Jr, Jessica Gorney, Megan Collins, Victoria (Jake) West, Ashley Tibble, Geoffrey Gorney, Michael (Krystale) Gorney Sr., Dustin Etts, Richard William Tibble II, Bradley Wolfe, Aryanna Serio, Amber Tibble, and Savannah Tibble; step grandchildren, Jordan Tibble, Alex Tibble, Aiden Tibble, Dominic Cantona, and Vincent Cantona; great-grandchildren, William Gorney, Isaac Wonacott, Kori Collins, Emery Gorney, Harlee Roland, Madison Wonacott, Rachael Gorney, Jaxon Gorney, Leo Collins, Richard William Tibble III, Mason Tibble, Michael Gorney II, Jhase Worthington, and Nora West; her older siblings, Tony Gorney, Mary Gorney, Theresa (Jim) Gragg, John (Linda) Gorney, Jean Tupciaskas, Pat Shirkey, Joann Parker, and Genevieve (Ed) Ceci.
The family will receive guests Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Sylvania Chapel, 3655 King Road (419-392-9500).
