Vera Mae Wells, age 82, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 30, 1930 in Samaria, Michigan to William and Irene (Justice) Stanton. A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, Vera will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, William, Leona and Wendell Cramer; 15 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; sister, Phyllis and brother, Marvin. In addition to her parents, Vera was preceded in death by her husbands, Mike Cramer and Don Wells and daughters, Rosa Riffle and Catherine Hayes.
The family will receive guests Sunday, February 17, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be held Monday, February 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
