Vera Clark, age 68 of Lincoln Park, MI and formerly of Toledo, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at her home where she was surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 8, 1945 to Conception and Bertha (Bazon) Lucio in Kansas, Ohio. Most precious to Vera was spending time with her loving family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Vera leaves to cherish her daughter, Kristine (Todd) Hunt; grandchildren, Alison (Andrew) Zeh, Ruth and Andrew; great-grandchildren, London, D.J. and one expected great-granddaughter, Addison; sister, Carmen (John) Sturt; host of nieces and nephews and her dog, Java. Preceding her in passing was her husband, Ernie Clark; son, Anthony Clark and 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
The family will receive guests on Monday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Springfield Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers those wishing to express a monetary donation are asked to consider making contributions directly to the family.
