Velma Henderson

Velma L. Henderson of Toledo passed away Saturday, December 3rd, 2005 in Flower Hospital. She was born in Crabtree, NC. Velma was preceded in death by her mother Lola Bell (Brown) and father Milburne Green. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend. Velma lived for her children always putting them and others first. She was employed with Midwest products for many years.

Velma was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Robert Harrell. She is survived by her loving sister, Geraldine Harrell; children, Rhonda Odoms; Teddy (Robin) McClure; Greta Decant; Herbert "Keith" (Pam) McClure; Danny (Linda) McClure and Kimberly Wray; grandchildren, Mickey; Tasha; Jerry; Miranda; Mitchell; Teddy; Felicia and Zoey; close friends, Tinker; Nell; Bell and Nancy and many other dear friends and canine companion, Benjamin.

The family will receive guests Wednesday from 6-7:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Memorial Services will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
