Valerie S.(Branstutter) Brock

Valerie S. (Branstutter) Brock, age 47, of Toledo, passed away Monday, September 7th, 2009 at hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born April 11th, 1962 to Paul and Shirley A. (Snyder) Branstutter in Toledo, Ohio. Valerie enjoyed spending time with her family, whether it was sledding with her children when they were growing up or watching "Hannah Montana" wither granddaughter Kaylie. Valerie was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Stephen P. Brock, Sr.; children, Steven P. (Jacki Cline) Brock, Jr.; Theresa A. (Thomas Poindexter) Brock and Amber D. (Larry McClain) Brock; grandchildren, Kaylie N. Poindexter; Johnathan T.; Starrlynn M.; Ambraih R.; Larry I. McClain; CiCi Cline and Ryssa Bear Cline; siblings, Shirley Alverz; Pat & Lonnie York; Debbie & Ron; Donald & Debbie Branstutter; David Branstutter; Val Branstutter and Ed & Virginia Branstutter and many loving nieces and nephews; close friend, Debbie Poindexter and special nieces and nephews, Kim and Chris Borest and Donald and Emily Brock.

The family will receive guests Friday from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Jarrett Patrick. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
