Valerie L. Jurski

Valerie L. Jurski (Fogel), age 69, passed away on Saturday January 11, 2025. Valerie was born on January 11, 1956 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania to John and Janice Fogel (Grimes). She was a dedicated dental hygienist who found joy in meeting and helping people. Valerie had a warm heart and was a beautiful soul. She loved her nieces and nephews, never missing a birthday, anniversary or other special day. Valerie loved animals and gave much love and attention to all her fur babies. She had a Harley Davidson motorcycle and enjoyed spending many weekend days riding and enjoying the outdoors. 

In addition to her parents, Valerie was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Ron Kreft, and nephew Jacob Fogel. She is survived by siblings Vanessa Kreft, Lauren Fogel, Lisa (Duane) Graven, Brian (Connie) Fogel, and John Fogel, many nieces and nephews and stepson Jeremy Jurski. 

The family will receive guests Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). A Celebration of Valerie's life will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
