Valerie Batdorf Brown

Valerie Batdorf Brown, age 62, of Toledo, Ohio passed away August 13, 2012 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, Ohio. She was born April 12, 1950 to Charles and Doris Batdorf. Valerie was a nurse's aid for 35 years with M.R.D.D.. She enjoyed animals, especially watching birds.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of six years, Michael Brown; brother, Gary Batdorf; niece, Theresa (Batdorf) Felix; nephew, Troy Batdorf; great niece, Brittany Felix and great nephew, Gregory McNeely and sister-in-law, Pat.
The family will receive guests Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
