Triphonas "Nick" Diacou, 64, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Friday, June 6, 2014. He was born on March 26, 1950 in Cyprus to the late Sophocles and Kalleni (Triphonas) Diacou.
Left to cherish Nick's memory is his brother, Kip Diacou; sister, Tina (Vasilis) Papavasilopoulos; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Buddy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ivi Sayers.
The family will receive guests on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 4 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) with Trisagion Prayer Services beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their wonderful care.
Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
