Thomas Watters, Sr.

Thomas V. Watters, Sr., age 61, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, March 7th, 2006 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born on September 7th, 1944 to Samuel V. and Ruth (Lewis) Watters in Toledo. Thomas was an auto mechanic throughout his life. He was a very caring, kind hearted man, who was always there when you needed him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his ex-wife, Sarah Watters.
Thomas will be deeply missed by his 5 loving children; grandchildren: Makenzie and Dameon Sullivan and Sarah Carpenter; sisters: Ruth Ann Glynn, Margie (Lawson) Burrow, Carol (James) Shipp and Helen M. Rutkowski; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation or services for Thomas. The Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) assisted the family with arrangements.

The family would like to thank all of the nurses and staff at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, St. Charles Hospital and Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo, for all of their loving care and compassion given to Thomas.
