Thomas R. Trotter, age 72, of Toledo, passed away April 25, 2017 at his home. He was born December 3, 1944 in Toledo to Kenneth and Verda (Fosnaught) Trotter. Tom served his country in the U.S. Army Artillery during the Vietnam War.
Tom is survived by his wife, Molly L. Trotter; children, Thomas N. Trotter, Laura (William) Slawter, Joshua Trotter and Rachel Marshall; grandchildren, Tierny, Billy, MacKenzie, Daniel, Isabella and Anya; and brother, Jack Trotter.
The family will receive guests Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Friday at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Elliston Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Area Humane Society in Tom's memory.
