Thomas S. Olah, age 78, of Rossford, Ohio passed away December 14, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born August 26, 1938 in Toledo to Stephen and Bernita (Bragg) Olah. Tom graduated from Libbey High School in 1958. He retired from Dana Corporation after 31 years as a set-up man. After retirement, Tom worked for Container Graphics, then AutoZone as a driver, where he truly loved both jobs.
Tom enjoyed Bluegrass Music, hot air ballooning, the Tigers, Lions, Red Wings, UT Rockets, Mud Hens and of course Ohio State. He loved his cottage on Big Lake, where he also spent a big part of his life growing up. Tom was a lifetime member of the Riverview Yacht Club, also a member of Local 12.
Tom is survived by his wife, Beverly A. Olah; children Stephen (Shari) Olah, Lucinda Olah and Eric Olah; granddaughter Erica Olah who was "Papa's girl"; step-daughter, Tracee Dewey, step-son, James (Renee) Michalski; brother, Ronald Olah; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his two furry cats. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his step-son, John Terrell Jr.
A celebration of Tom's Life will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W. Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 1 to 3:30 pm followed by a memorial service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Tom's name.
