Thomas Martin

Thomas M. Martin, age 66, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at the University Medical Center of Toledo. He was born on November 29, 1939 to Dean and Dorothy (Bready) Martin in Toledo. Thomas had been employed with Doller-Jarvis for over 30 years as an inspector until retiring in 1994. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Marcella (Cartmill) Martin. Thomas is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Susan Martin and James "Butch" Oberdier; granddaughter: Sentori Oberdier; and sisters: Patty Mercurio, RoseMarie Gibson, and Donna Walen.

The family will receive guests on Monday, August 7, 2006 in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Graveside Services will take place at 12:30 p.m. at Toledo Memorial Park.
