Thomas Jay Walton

Thomas Jay "Tom" Walton, age 72, of Perrysburg, passed away on July 9, 2014 in Toledo, Ohio. He was born on April 16, 1942 in Toledo to Lundy and Mary Josephine (Jay) Walton. He served honorably in the Army National Guard from 1964-1970. Tom married Nancy (Bishop) in 1968 and together they had one daughter, Tamie. He worked for Pepsi-Cola for 16 years along with various other jobs. Tom loved watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, Detroit Tigers and Nascar racing. He also enjoyed animals as well, especially dogs.
Tom is survived by his daughter, Tamie (Michael) Daly and one granddaughter, Jessica Daly. He had a very special friend named, Gloria. The family would like to thank her for the hospitality and care that she had provided to him over the years.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Foundation Park Nursing Home for all of their love and support.
