Thomas Huston

Thomas "Tom" J. Huston, age 60, of Genoa, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2005. He was born on October 21, 1944 to Homer and Beverly (Marsh) Huston in Toledo. Tom was employed with M&M Restaurant Supply for 20 years, before retiring in 2003. He loved anything Native American and having to do with horses. Tom liked target shooting, the outdoors, attending rodeos and pow wows. He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife: Linda; children: Wendy (Jerry) Reed, Beverly (Ken) Filipiak, T.J. Huston, and Matt Huston; grandchildren: Amanda, Brandon, Little Jerry, Sophia, Kenneth, and Gage; step-children: Angela Parks-Stober, Diane Smith, Bob (Annette) Parks, and Christine Lazaris; brother: David Huston; sister: Vikki Huston; and his dog Maxine. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, son Johnny Huston, and brother Richard Huston.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 from 2-8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 10-11:00 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 313 Main St., Genoa, OH 43430 until the Funeral Service begins at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Williston Cemetery, Williston, OH.
