Theresa M. Culberson

Theresa M. Culberson, age 59, of Toledo, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 24, 1962 to Fred and Maude (Paepke) Griner in Toledo, OH. Theresa worked in home healthcare and dog grooming for a few years. She loved animals, especially dogs. She enjoyed traveling, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Theresa most importantly looked forward to any time spent with her grandchildren; they were the light of her life. Her smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by infant siblings, Donna and Karen Griner. Theresa is survived by her loving husband, Randy Culberson; daughters, Melissa (John) Baker and Amanda Culberson; grandchildren, Sebastian Ashcraft, Drew Ashcraft, Gabriel Baker and Chance Culberson; brothers, David Paepke, Ralph Griner and Fred Griner; sisters, Linda Northington, Nancy Clark, Cheryl (Eddie) Tabbert; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 3 – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
