Terry E. Newman

Terry E Newman, 71 was born on August 28, 1953 along with his twin brother Pete in Lakewood, OH. 

A longtime Cleveland Browns fan, he was also a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Indians. Terry enjoyed many hobbies. He would look forward to deer hunting season with either a muzzle loader or cross bow. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, he enjoyed many bike trips across the country on his Harley with friends or by himself. He met Willie Davidson on his 50th birthday during the 100th Anniversary in Milwaukee.

He proudly worked for Jeep for 36 years as a sheet metal specialist and welder retiring December 31, 2008.

Terry is survived by his loving wife Deborah (Deb) for over 24 years, his daughters Shawn Newman, Stephanie (Joey) Marchand and son Nicholas (Meghan) Floering and 8 grandchildren, Romeo, Maddison, Georgio, Nash, Jackson, Brooklyn, Austin, Maxton. His 6 brothers and sisters, Sherry Patterson, Twin Brother Pete (Lori) Newman, Lee (Sheri) Newman, Mary (Terry) Miller, Patti Adamski, Robin (Louie) Gueli. Mother- in- law Peggy Clark and sister in laws Donna Kramer, Treena Clark and many nieces and nephews whom were all very special to Terry; Good friends, Mike Smith, Jeff Ghigo and Calvin Buckmaster. Terry was preceded in death by his parents Captain Zernie Newman Jr, Betty J Best Brown and Step dad Harold Brown. Brothers in law, James (Pat) Patterson, Mike Kramer and Steve Adamski. Also his beloved dogs Kozar and Delileh.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday January 15, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral home (Southwest Chapel), 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo from 10AM-1PM with services starting at 1:00. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Waterville. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating towards a bench honoring Terry’s life (Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home).
