Terry Lee Bauman
November 12, 1942 — July 29, 2015
Terry Lee Bauman, of Green Springs, Ohio, age 72, passed away after a long illness, on July 29, 2015.
Survived by his wife of 50 years, Gloria; daughter, Theresa (Tim) Grimes; siblings, Ray (Sharon), Mary Cook, Hollie Dreier, Janet (Harold) Wolf; many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Amber Preceded by his infant son, Terry Jr.; parents, sister, Jean Montgomery and brother-in-law, Larry Dreier.
Terry was a licensed amateur radio operator (W8TB) and made many friends around the world. In November 1981, Terry and his family traveled to South Africa for a 5-week adventure visiting some of those friends, definitely a trip of a lifetime. He was an avid collector of many things, such as: telephone/telegraph insulators, stamps, hockey cards, Android, Minion and dinosaur figurines. Terry enjoyed surfing the internet making new friends and eBay is losing one of their best customers. He retired from AP Parts after 30 years of dedicated service.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 3-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900).
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Elmwood at the Springs, especially the staff at Loon's Lodge, for their special care of this stubborn man!
