Terry Ann Eoff

Terry Ann Eoff, age 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 28, 2021 at The Manor in Perrysburg. She had been a resident at The Manor since 2012 while she battled early onset of dementia. Terry was born November 21, 1949 to Alton and Anita (Hannah) Eoff.

She was a 1967 graduate of Northview High School. Upon graduation Terry attended The University of Toledo and graduated with a degree in elementary education. She later went back and received her Master's Degree in Public Health and Education.

Terry is survived by her sister, Sandy (Rob) Chimney; nieces, Kelly (Chris) Robinson, Erin (Greg) Sampson and nephew, Ryan Chimney. She also has 2 great nephews, Crosby and Fletcher Robinson and 2 great nieces, Lily and Maggie Sampson.

Family and friends may visit Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, Toledo (419-381-1900) on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 4-6:00 pm where a Memorial Service will begin at 6 pm.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Foundation or the Toledo Lucas County Humane Society.

Her family and friends will remember Terry for her great smile and the twinkle in her eyes when she laughed.

The family would like to thank the nurses and aides who took wonderful care of Terry, especially Charlie, Michelle, Kristy, Adella and Dee Ann. Terry always had a big smile on her face while she was at The Manor which was a result of the caring and compassionate staff there.
