After a long battle with sickness, Terrence Blake Hudson, Sr., age 60, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on May 9, 2024 at home. Born June 10, 1963, he was the son of Kenneth Hudson and Maxine Alexander. He proudly attended Roger's High School and after graduation went to work in the medical field and later entered the manufacturing field where worked as a machinist with John's Manville and proudly became a Union Leader with the Teamsters Local Union No. 20. He also spent his time doing things he loved such as playing the drums, playing softball, fishing, cooking, being the hype man, hanging with his long list of friends and most of all being with his family. He will be remembered as a cool, funky, funny, comedian, good energy, friend father, son, brother, cousin, and the ladies loved him.
Terrence was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Hudson. He is survived by his mother, Maxine Alexander and Step Father, William (Junie) Alexander. His children Raven (Deandre) Oglesby, Terrence B. Hudson, Jr., Jeanette McBride, Trenton Bell Hudson, Christopher Proctor, and Vanessa Hudson. His sister Regina McBrayer, step sister Christie Fitzgerald, brother Walter (Myra) Hudson, step brothers Bryant Alexander, Darryl Alexander, Mark Frames, Michael Frames, and Timothy (Joy) Frames. Grandchildren, Jaleah Miller, Chane Proctor, Dayreon Smith, Blake Hudson, and Cailey Hudson. Nephews and nieces Brandon (Shauna) McBrayer, Joshua McBrayer, Elijah McBrayer, Walter Hudson, Jr., Charles Hudson, Myan Hudson, Maya Hudson and a host of additional nieces and nephews. He was also blessed to have a huges family of cousins, aunts, and uncles and friends turned family.
Funeral Services and graveside to be held May 17, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home with internment at Resurrection Cemetery. The viewing hours will be held from 10:00 a.m. to the time of service at 12:00 p.m.
