Terrence Branford

Terrence "Terry" “Bone” Branford, a dedicated handyman and jack of all trades, passed away on March 13, 2025, at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He was born on March 4, 1954, in Toledo.

Throughout his life, Terry became well-known for his ability to fix nearly anything. His family and friends knew that if they called him, he’d show up with his tool box ready to help solve the problem.

Terry is survived by his children, Patrice Wilcox and Terrence Proctor, beloved siblings: Leonard (Emma) Branford, Patricia Mclemore, Wanda Branford, and Keith (Vera) Branford. He also leaves behind a special friend, Kathy Taylor, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives he touched deeply.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Virginia Branford; his sisters, Eleanor Weddington and Linda Conley; and his brother, Ronald Branford.

Terry leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and countless things he built, fixed and made better. While we grieve his loss we also celebrate the kind, loving and giving person he was.

A visitation will be held in Terry's memory on March 27, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 6:00 PM. Both services will take place at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Toledo, located at 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614.
