Teri A. Stroshine

On the morning of July 5, 2021 Teri Stroshine, beloved wife, mother and friend departed this world, but not the hearts of her family and friends, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is now reunited with her beloved son Christopher who predeceased her. Teri was the beloved wife of 42 years to Mike Stroshine, who survives her. She is also survived by her sister Carol (Judi) Fornia, sisters-in-law Judy Day, Vicki (Al) Bouffard, brother-in law Tim (Dianne) Stroshine, nieces Wendy (Nicole) Harrison, Ashley Coleman, nephews Brian (Michelle) Day, David Day, TJ (Jackie)Harrison, Mick (Erica) Stroshine and Sean (Stacie) Stroshine.

Teri was a 1972 graduate of Maumee H.S. She was a dedicated nurse serving Toledo Hospital/Promedica for 47 years. She was a very special person who left her mark on all who were fortunate to know her.

Teri was predeceased by her parents Frank and Edna (Weeks) Fornia, son Christopher, brothers Sonny and Roger Day, sister-in-law Juanita (Stroshine) Harrison, nephew Stephen Day and numerous four-legged companions.

Please keep Teri in your thoughts and prayers, draw those you love close and show kindness to everyone in her memory.

The family will receive guests Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Newcomer SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Teri Stroshine's family is having a Memorial Gathering on Sunday July 11 from 1-5pm at the Waterside Clubhouse (7062 Longwater Dr., Maumee, Ohio 43537). You're welcome to come and share stories and memories with the family and each other. Food and beverages provided.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Toledo Humane Society in her name.
