Teri L. Puckett, age 58, of Toledo, passed away December 25, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. She was born September 20, 1955 in Adrian, Michigan to Manard and Jackie (Baugh) Sims.
Teri is survived by her husband of 29 years, Rich Puckett; son, Ron "Jay" (Brandy) Kaufman Jr.; daughter, Amanda J. Puckett; granddaughters, Ava and Mara Kaufman; sisters, Rhonda, Robin and Traci; and brothers, Bob and Tim. In addition to her parents, Teri was preceded in death by her brother, Ricky.
The family will receive guests Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). Funeral services will be private.
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke's ICC/ICU and Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Teri 's memory.
