Teresa Hernandez-Smith
Teresa Hernandez-Smith, age 55, of Toledo left this world peacefully in the early hours of Wednesday, July 30, 2008 in her home. She was born October 29, 1952 to Juan and Manuela "Nellie" (Castillon) Garcia in Monroe, Michigan.
In addition to her parents Teresa was preceded in death by her sisters, Yolanda Garcia and Mona Deluna; brother, Juan M. Garcia and great nephew, Isreal "Mello" Garcia.
Teresa enjoyed life to the fullest and she leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of soon to be 3 years, Darrel Smith; sisters, Lucy and Amber Garcia; stepmother, Joanna Garcia; stepbrother, Joe (Crystal) Molino and 6 nephews and 18 great nieces and great nephews.
A Memorial Service will begin Thursday at 1:45 p.m. at The Most Holy Rosary, Collingwood Blvd & Islington Ave. with a wake immediately following.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
