Teena Marie Biller-Shirey, age 66, of Maumee, Ohio, passed away October 9, 2024, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Teena was born June 5, 1958, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Walter and Shirley (Goodman) Biller.
An alumnus of Rogers High School, Teena's passion extended beyond her professional life. She had a creative soul, possessing a particular talent for crafting, especially in jewelry making. Teena was a devoted worker as a Front-End Manager at Wal-Mart, where she was known for her sweet demeanor and commitment to customer service.
She proudly served as a member of the American Legion Riders - Post 320 and was actively involved in the Traveler's Motorcycle Club for 15 years, embracing the spirit of adventure that these organizations offered.
Teena found joy in tending to her garden, nurturing both flowers and friendships. Her warm personality and generous spirit touched the lives of many, whether through her handmade creations or her efforts within the community.
Teena lived a life marked by dedication, generosity, and a passion for service. She is remembered for the kindness she showed to everyone around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving husband, Gerald (Kilowatt) Shirey Jr., whom she married on February 2, 1980; her beloved cat, Izzy; and many great nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Brian Biller.
A celebration of life for Teena's family and friends will be held at a later date.
