Tanya R. King

Tanya R. King was born on May 30, 1956; she departed this life on April 11, 2018 surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her mother Amy Carter, father John Carter brothers Ralph and Levern Stribling and Sister Rodell White. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children; Antonio Carter Sr. (LaKisha), Tyisha Carter, Charlie Morehead III (Rosalyn), Trinity Fulton (Corry Sr.) and Da'Vincent Knight; sisters Josep0hine Davis, Margaret Johnson, Caroline White (Lon), Ernestine Lipkins (Bobbi), Tamara Carter and Yolanda Liggons (Vern), brothers Anthony Stribling and Kim Carter; 20 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed life and being surrounded with family. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on April 18, 2018 at Greater St. Mary's Baptist Church located at 416 Belmont Ave, 43604 Toledo, OH 43604.
