Tammy Lynne Trzonkowski

Tammy Lynne Trzonkowski, age 49, of Oregon, Ohio passed away October 16, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg, surrounded by her loving family where she fought off cancer for 2 years. Tammy was born May 11, 1964 in Toledo to Howard and Rozetta (Surrat) Kelley. She was employed with Harbor Behavioral for more than 16 years. Tammy enjoyed camping, fishing, music and traveling up north to Ludington, Michigan.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, David J. Trzonkowski, daughters, Geri Trzonkowski and Angelica Martinez; sister, Gloria Edson and father, Howard Kelley. Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Rozetta Edson and niece, Alicia Martinez.

The family will receive guests Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will held Sunday at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
