Tammy Brown

Tammy M. Brown, age 34, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2006 at the Medical University of Ohio. She was born on November 25, 1971 to Steven and Penny (Rawlings) Schermerhorn in Toledo. Tammy was a very creative person, enjoying all types of arts and crafts. She loved dogs, shopping and watching movies with her children.

Tammy is survived by her loving children: Sierra Schermerhorn, Moriah and Alex Washington; mother: Penny (Ed) Girrell; father: Steve (Cheryl) Schermerhorn; brother: Chad (Maria) Schermerhorn; 2 half-sisters; 1 half-brother; niece: Rhianna Schermerhorn; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dick Rawlings.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 in the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300) from 2 – 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry S. Craig.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Tammy's children, Sierra, Moriah and Alex.
