Tabatha Joy "Tabby" Worthington, age 35, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012. She is survived by her three beautiful children, Jason, Vivian and Katelyn and their father, James Rable.
Tabby is also survived by her parents, father, Reynold (Alma Rosa) Worthington II; mother, Lillian (Bailey) Grigsby; siblings, Gregory, Samantha (John), Kimberley (Scott), Reynold (Elizabeth), Peyton, Trevan and Robert. Also left to treasure her memory are 8 nieces, 3 nephews, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
The family will receive guests on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900) with Funeral Services beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Those wishing to make monetary donations are asked to consider a fund set up for her children at 5th/3rd Bank, c/o Tabatha Worthington.
