Sylvia G. Manson-Righi

Sylvia G. Manson-Righi, age 75, went home to be with her Lord on February 11, 2015. She was born on April 7, 1939 to the late Leona and Anthony Tyler in Chicago, Illinois.
Sylvia was an active member of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church. She enjoyed being a member of the choir and teaching RCIA. Sylvia was a faithful participant in the Water Aerobics at the YMCA. She loved spending time with family and friends, gardening, reading and scrapbooking.
In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Manson and second husband, Albert Righi. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Steve (Kim) Manson and Lisa (Randy) Carroll; step-children, Susan (Karney) Garretson, Robert (Fran) Righi, Carol Righi, Beth (Brian) Hewitt and Chris (Pam) Righi; sister, Anoel Rinaldi and Alan (Pat) Tyler and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive guests on Monday, February 16, 2015 from 2-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). There will be a Scripture service beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo.
In Sylvia's Memory, donations may be made to: Helping Hands of St. Louis, 443 6th Street, Toledo, OH 43605, the church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
