Suzanne M. Brown

Suzanne M. Brown, 79, of West Toledo, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 26, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was passionate, outspoken, loved fiercely, and had an eye for fashion. She lived her life for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She spent many years breeding and raising "Toledobe's" Dobermans. She travelled the country to compete in Doberman Shows and Nationals. She was very proud to have bred a National Champion. Suzanne was a proud member of the Irish American Club, having helped organize the Irish American Festival in Toledo for many years. She preferred Irish music, and was often found making friends with Irish Musicians and enthusiasts here, and across the pond in Ireland and England. She loved playing Pinochle, and would go to tournaments often "just for fun". She had the gift of making friends into family and cherished time spent with them, in person and in chat. 

Suzanne was proceeded in death by her parents, Jean and Thomas Stricos, sons Tony Kleinert and Edward Brown, and grandson Tyler Brown. Surviving are her children, Thomas Kleinert, Roger (Valorie) Brown, Mary (Steve) Hudson, William (Kelly) Brown, Daughter-In-Law Michelle (Tyson) Leavitt. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 2-6 pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home 4150 West Laskey Rd. in Toledo. Funeral Services will be at 6 pm that same day with Chaplain Tim Rabara officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family.
