Susan K. Serviss, 68, passed away on February 11, 2013. She was born on November 12, 1944 to Caroline and Cloyce Barfell in Toledo, Ohio.
Susan enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Susan was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all those who loved her.
Susan was preceded in death by her father. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 47 years, John; son, Brian (Karen); mother; siblings, Tom, Bill (Diane), Vicki (Craig) Keil, Michael (Debbie) and Tracy (Cindy); grandchildren, Jeremiah, Joel, Angela and Jacob and great-granddaughter, Zoey.
The family will receive guests on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 2-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300). A Funeral Service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
