Susan Halsey

Susan E. Halsey, age 48, of Toledo, passed away November 12, 2014 at Swan Pointe Care Center. Susan was born December 18, 1965 in Findlay to Clyde and Doris (Binkley) Halsey. She was employed with the Bay Park Hospital for more than 10 years. She was an avid animal lover, especially dogs. Susan loved traveling on cruise ships with her fiance Terry.

She is survived by her parents, fiance Terry Baumberger, sister Linda (Richard) Halsey-Saad, brother, William (Janet) Halsey, nephews Dylan and Andrew Saad, step-daughters Nicole (Jeff) Gluza and Christina (Eric) Frankforther, 7 grandchildren, and loyal canine companion, Haus.

The family will receive guests Monday, November 17, 2014 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. (419-381-1900). Funeral Services will begin Monday at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Area Humane Society in Susan's memory.
