Sondra Mae Larimore

Sondra Larimore, age 77, passed away in her home on September 29, 2018 surrounded by her family. Always an advocate for children, she spent countless hours babysitting, teaching Good News Club, teaching at Sunday School, and Four Corners at Dorr Street Church of God, tutoring at the grade school, being room parent for the school long after her own children had graduated, running the school store and donating most of the items so that the kids would be able to afford their school supplies. She was devoted to bringing people to Christ by example.

Sondra is survived by her children Gary (Tracy) Larimore, Lisa (Mike) Collins, Ellen (Tom) Millirons, Cara (Troy) Momany, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, as well as her only remaining siblings, Mary Whitlatch and William Taylor. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Norman Larimore, her daughter, Rita Larimore in 2013, and her grandson Butch Harris in 2002.

The family will receive guests Friday, October 5, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Newcomer –SW Chapel, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The family will also receive guests Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Heritage Church of God, 3520 Strayer Road, Maumee, OH where services will follow at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heritage Church of God in Sondra's memory.
