Shirley Ann Kreais, 83, of Toledo, passed away August 12, 2020 at her home. Shirley was born February 14, 1937 in Toledo to John and Hattie (Przyojski) Mishka.
In her free time she liked to cook, play cards and crochet but most of all she treasured the time she spent with her family and playing with her grandchildren. Her dog Lucky held a special place in her heart.
She is survived by her children, Raymond Kreais, Ruth (Mark) Chernisky, Deborah (Tim) Lahote, Joseph (Neoma) Kreais, Dennis Kreais; grandchildren, Christopher (Shannon) Chernisky, Matthew (Samantha) Chernisky, Rebecca (Adam) Hall, Megan (Joe) Marmol, Michelle (Chris) Weissenberger, Michael Bryant Kreais, Jennifer Ware, Violet, Heaven, and Hunter, Samantha (Damien) Gordon, Johnathon, Dennis Jr., Breeze and Brett Kreais; step-grandchildren, Katelynn, Kim, Angel, Theresa and Guy; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Eugene (Vivian) Mishka; close family friend, Darcie Pierce; many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Mervin Kreais; and siblings, Frank "Charlie", Richard, Paul and Jackie Mishka, Beverly Harder and step grandchildren, M.C. and Timmy Ware.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude or Sacred Heart in Shirley's memory.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 2 - 8 p.m. at , Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Toledo.
