Sheryl Walbolt, age 76, passed away on June 17, 2017. She was born on June 27, 1940 to the late Ruby and Donald Beers in Toledo, Ohio.
Sheryl was a beloved mother, grami, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed greatly by all. Sheryl attended Anthony Wayne High School and enjoyed keeping in touch with her classmates. Sheryl was a member of the church, choir and organist of Monclova United Methodist Church for 40 years. She worked for Friendly's for 35 years as a Bookkeeper. Sheryl cherished the company of her many cats over the years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kristine Hohlbein (Richard Brown) and Terry (Cathy) Walbolt; sister, Kathleen (Bill) Stamm; grandchildren, Jeffery (Sondra) Walbolt, Michelle Walbolt (Jeff Shelide), Jenna Jones, Lisa (Stephen) Flory, Corey (Sarah) Hohlbein and Cody Hohlbein ; great-grandchildren, Aaden, Joyce, Rilee, J.J., Alyssa, Leah and one on the way; also many nieces and nephews. Sheryl was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Walbolt; son, Jimmy Walbolt; sisters, Robin Beers and Bevy Fish.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 2-6:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo (419-381-1900). The Funeral Service will begin at 6:00 p.m.
