Sheri L. Amborski

Sheri L. Amborski, age 57, of Swanton, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Ebeid Hospice Residence with loving family by her side. She was born on April 21, 1967 to Jerry and Emely (Worden) Amborski in Toledo, OH. Sheri was a free spirit and kind soul who endured many hardships throughout her life, but she always put her best foot forward and did what was best for her children; they were her pride and joy. She adored her only granddaughter, Loretta. Sheri was an avid cat lover, enjoyed gambling, taking casino trips and lotto scratch offs. She liked gardening, fishing, nature and being outside on the water. Sheri also liked to go garage saling. Her smile, spirit and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father. Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Sarah (Tom) Kollai, David Schohn, Jr., and Bradley (Janie) Amborski; granddaughter, Loretta Schohn; mother, Emely Amborski; siblings, Jeri Shaffer, Teri Stanton, Jerry (Michele) Amborski, Jr., Terry Amborski and Gary Amborski; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive guests on Sunday, June 30, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel, 4150 W. Laskey Rd., Toledo (419-473-0300).
