Sheila Hendrix

Sheila R. Hendrix, age 57, of Toledo, passed away April 25, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. She was born May 8, 1956 in Toledo to William and Betty (Gregory) Nelson. Sheila was a part of Christian Health Ministries for 7 years where she touched many lives, she then went onto work for Stress Care Behavioral Services for 3 years. She was a member of Westgate Chapel and served on their Evangelism Explosion Team. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Sheila will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sheila is survived by her husband of 23 years, Thomas L. Hendrix, children, Earl (Kate) Hendrix, Sandi Hendrix, Brian (Julie) Ankney and Viral (Anuja) Parikh; grandchildren, Sierra Garcia, Mackenzie Hendrix, Charity Hendrix, Addison Hendrix, Ian Hendrix, Maanya and Noopur Parikh; brother, William (Debbie) Nelson. In addition to her parents, Sheila was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Nelson.

The family will receive guests Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Westgate Chapel, 2500 Wilford Drive, Toledo Ohio where Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am in the church.
