Sheila A. Ehrhardt, age 87, of Toledo, passed away on January 28, 2015 at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania, Ohio where she was surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 24, 1927 in Jackson, Michigan and was raised by Floyd and Virginia Smith. Sheila graduated from the Toledo Hospital School of Nursing and was a nurse for a short time prior to having her family. She was an avid bridge player, having belonged to two bridge clubs. Sheila and her late husband, Richard belonged to Centennial Dance Club and the Neighborhood Potluck Group which got together the first Saturday of every month to play poker. Most important to Sheila was her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their school and sporting events.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kurt (Paula) Ehrhardt, Karl (Terri) Ehrhardt and Karen (Michael) Holmes; grandchildren, James (Amanda), Chad (Ashley), Todd, Scott and Steven (Brenica); great-grandchildren, Logan, Elizabeth and Eris. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard Ehrhardt in 1992.
At this time all services for Sheila will be Private.
