Shawn Crippen

Shawn Crippen, a beloved father brother, passed away on October 19, 2024 at Toledo Hospital, surrounded by his family. Born on 27, 1969, in Toledo, he was a lifelong resident of the community, where he nurtured deep connections and shared countless memories with those he loved.

Shawn's dedication to his family shone brightly through his relationships with his two daughters, Mari and Shelby Crippen. He took great pride in being a father and cherished the moments he spent watching his daughters grow and thrive. His bond with them will forever be a cherished part of their lives.

He is also remembered by his sister, Heide Crippen, who stood by his side through life's highs and lows. The love they shared as siblings was a source of strength and comfort.

Shawn was preceded in death by his parents, Basil and Shirley Crippen, who instilled in him the values of kindness, compassion, and resilience that he carried throughout his life.
