Sharon Lee Shook, resident of Toledo, OH, passed away on June 1, 2024 at age 73. Daughter of the late Robert (Kate) Connerton and Beverly Connerton. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Shook. Adored mother of Karrie Ann Davis, Mark (Carol) Shook and the late Clint Shook. Treasured grandmother of Olivia, Emily, Ashley, Alexis, Jason, Jadyn, Rachel, Savannah, Zoey, Brookelynne, Chloe, Jaxon, Lincoln, and Taylor, she’s also a great grandmother to AJ, Matthew, Braelynn, Kaylee, Zenith, Nile and Stevie. Aunt of Veronica Gabel (Steve Ball), Jason Gabel (Shawn Collins), Lane (Jennifer) Gabel, Peter (Amy) Gabel, and Angela Gabel (John Adams). Sharon also leave behind many more family members and friends who will dearly miss her.

Sharon loved playing bingo, spending time with her dog “Timber” and the late “Jake”. She always made those around her smile with her jokes. As a strong matriarch of the family, she was always a good role model for all of the grandchildren. Sharon will be remembered for her willingness to help and love those around her, she remained selfless for the betterment of her family and their needs.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., with a funeral service to immediately follow, at 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Northwest Chapel at 4150 W. Laskey Rd. Toledo, OH 43623.

Sharon will be laid to rest at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
